Yes.
Florida.
yes.
No. Belief implies uncertainty. I am certain.
This is virtually indentical to what I saw in 2002, or thereabout, at about the same height.
If this is the same one, or a companion, they have been here for some time?

After 25 years as an amateur astronomer, I can only recall one occasion when I saw a light in the sky I could not identify. For the sake of completeness I did report it to BUFORA but as expected received nothing in reply.
I think it is a shame nowadays that there is an almost automatic assumption that when we use the term UFO, this is interpreted as "spacecraft". Many of us see objects in the sky that we cannot recognise, but this purely due to either a lack of personal experience on the part of the observer, or mis-interpretation of an otherwise normal everyday object.
Hearing about someone seeing a light in the sky which they describe as a UFO is always interesting - but does not prove anything. UFOs exist for sure if the observer cannot identify what they've seen.

Yes I did see a "UFO". What it actually was I don't know but it was the most fascinating experience I've ever had. I live in the south of england and was staying at my mums for the night and her house backs onto lots of land and woods. I was just resting on the bed with the curtains wide open looking into the sky. I noticed what I thought was a bright star in the distance and it began quivering slightly so I rubbed my eyes thinking it was my imagination. Then it moved in different directions very slowly, stopped and hovered, moved down, hovered again and then slowly went behind the trees. It appeared again after several minutes in the other direction. I ran downstairs telling my mum what I'd seen and she said she had seen it the night before! Very weird. I didn't report it because I just assumed I'd be seen as a mad englishwoman. I do believe in UFO's because the world and the universe itself is amazing and I think anything is possible. You need to keep your mind open. We fly rockets to the moon and into space so why wouldn't another planet send their own spaceships to explore ours? Whether they are alien life forms is another thing. One day we will find out I'm sure.

This might not exactly answer your question but...
I watched the TV programme last night on Channel 5 (UK) re: Roswell...
several experts tried very hard to convince us the disk-shaped UFO that crashed there was in fact a weather balloon...
now that takes some defying of the imagination cos the huge blobby balloons pictured looked nothing remotely like a disk...
so I'm still keeping an open mind, despite all the disinformation...

Yes, departing from ground level in the Montrose basin valley it left at an angle of about 15 degrees at a compounding speed of acceleration. After about 7 or 8 seconds it was gone into the horizon heading in general direction of a large star. I was not the only one that saw it as we were car sharing and on way home at the time with four of us in the car. We generally all looked at one another and just shook our heads. Never reported it cause folk would just say yer nuts. Obviouly now i believe in UFO's and the fact there is bound to be something out there. You can't look at the sky at night seeing all those planets and stars and think that we are unique in this world. That would be more rediculous.

Just a few minutes ago something flew by the window. It went by so fast I couldn't see what it was. It was therefore "unidentified" and it was flying. It was therefore an unidentified flying object. That makes it a "UFO". I didn't report it because it may have been a bird, or an insect, or just a piece of debris blowing by. I don't need to believe in UFOs, because I KNOW they are real. People see them all the time. You've probably seen one today.

Being an astronomer, I have had the pleasure to be able to observe the night sky from a dark site for many years, and have witnessed many unidentified flying objects on many occasions, as to why I have not reported them is the fact that I have no proof. I have taken many CCD images of objects in space, but they are exactly that images of bright dots, and therefore provide no proof what so ever. as to your last question Yes I do believe in extraterrestrials.

No, i don't believe in them. It seems rather obvious to me that nearly every instance of someone seeing a UFO can be explained as military activity, or something like that. I've just never heard a convincing description. People see 'lights in the sky' which seems to just point to aircraft of an Earthly sort.

Yes many times. As a keen amateur astronomer, I watch the skies and often see objects, apparently flying, that I can not identify. And I don't have a problem with that!
The extrapolation to say 'I can't say exactly what that moving point of light is so it must be a mothership from Reticulus five' is another thing entirely!
