I am in college in Greensboro at A&T, I know that there is some new apartments that are being built right now near the campus. These new apartments are supposed to be open in fall 2007. Other than that I don't know of any other apartments. On Summit Ave. turn at Mrs. Winners, and travel down the road a bit and the new apartments are on the right.
