Patsy. If all the magic bullet stuff is true, he can't have been the killer.

There has been no evidence to indicate anyone else was involved.

Some people point to the Zapruder film and say it proves that there was a second shooter, however, these people must either have not seen or ignored the demonstrations that show how a bullet can cause an object to fly away from the point of exit. (Thus making the head move back and to the left).

Also, the magic bullet theory is not one that ballistic people will back up today. However, the conspiracy crowd still promotes it as the modern official explanation. To get a better understanding of the path of the bullet, you should look at the limo from above. The president did not sit directly behind the governor. The seats were not lined up like that. Also, there were height differences. Take these into consideration and the path of the bullet makes more sense.

The only thing that people can find in this case is inconsistencies. Inconsistencies are not evidence. Did you know that there were eye witnesses who said the Titanic did not break before she sank? There are even witnesses who said the Titanic rolled over before she sank. However, we know both of these stories are not true. Yet, there were witnesses back then who testified to them. These were inconsistencies, and this shows how inconsistencies are not evidence.

There was a program on TV about the murder of JFK and Oswald took a upstairs position of a building facing the route. A slow motin camera shot shows that the bullet that killed JFK did not come from the bulding but from behind...and most likely from an ambusher. I think that Oswald was a scapegoat[patsy]

There was no second shooter. Oswald was a crack-shot. He was no patsy. He was bitter that he was unable to get American citizenship...bitter that the KGB didn't want him either. With bouts of depression, he wanted to be known by the world, no matter what it took. He was THE Lone Gunman. Shot dead a policeman after the assassination, who questioned him.

Tony Bill who portrayed him in a TV production (years ago) is drop-dead gorgeous good looking, Oswald couldn't hold a candle to him!

Magic Bullet theory... definitly. Have you not seen the documentary on the History/Documentary channels? It was a government planned conspiracy. PERIOD.

I didn't think he was good looking and I think he was framed coz they had to find the killer and he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I think he was a patsy...and he WAS good-looking. If you're into anorexic-looking, hillbillies.
