well if the baby is BORNED then you have a baby now, ive never had a stomach egg, so i wouldnt know, can you explain what that feels like, im sure it dont feel good though!

Are you asking this just in general, or did this happen to you? If you have had a baby and you didn't know you were pregnant, you can take the baby to a safe place, like a fire station or a hospital and drop it off and they cannot prosecute you or even ask your name. It's called safe surrender.
Please do not just drop the baby in a dumpster or something. That is murder.

It has happened before, and it is possible.
Did it happen to you? Did you just give birth, if so then why are you asking this question now, when you should be at the hospital getting proper care for you and your "newborn" baby.
And the other poster is right it is ACHE NOT EGG.

This has occured...but if you have the slightest inkling that you are pregnant get a test and go see the doctor to get proper prenatal care for the baby
