Try Best Buy, they are usually well stocked on anime box sets and dvds. Your best best would be FYE or suncoast. I'd recommend Suncoast overall, they sometimes have sales and discounts on their boxsets and dvd's. If they don't, you can place an order and they can order it for you.

Go to the Suncoast in the mall. It has all the anime movies in the back. Plus they have about all the episodes of DBZ.
