It depends. If your boots have a heel and your going for a nice evening look, I would say boots. But if your going for a casual, cute look for during the day I say flats. It just depends all on when your going to wear this outfit and how you want to represent yourself. Also if your going to wear them all day, you might want to go with flats. So you don't hurt your feet. Hope I helped!

Depends on what kind of look youre going for. If your going for the Mischa Barton Boho look totally flats. But if your looking for the Cameron Diaz/Lindsay Lohan look then youd def want boots.

flats for sure-they look way cuter and classier compared to boots, but then again it just depends how your outfit looks as a whole-maybe some stuff does go well with boots
