The power company will do that for you. Depending on when you paid and where you are, they might be able to do it remotely. But if they have to come to you, it could take a day or two. Call your power company.

if bill is now payed they will turn it back on for you most of the companys just turn it on by the computer by the push of a button if if your company still uses the old way the will have to come out and turn the meter back on some companys even take the meter and replace it after you pay the bill this can take a day or 2 they are in a hurry to get your money but not in a hurry to turn it back on these companys dont care about the customer they just want money our cable was out for 2 days because of a problem with the company but our bill was the same price this should be prorated but we have no choice in cable there is only 1 company sounds like there the mafia.

If it has been off for about six months the local electric company may require a safety inspection. That makes it a major pain in the neck to accomplish.
