I'm a walker too. To bump it up, I add some running intervals (run 2 minutes, walk 4, or whatever I feel like) a few times a week. Also, do some strength training to tone up and keep the desk-sitting flab in line!!

I walk 3 miles a day. I go to Ballys 4 times a week for more cardio & weights. I also have a room in my house that I use for yoga and do that whenever I am motivated to do so. I should get in a regular habit to do yoga, it is much more relaxing and peaceful than being here on answers & seeing people be mean to each other every day
