Michael J. Fox. He's not that old, but he is suffering from Parkinson's which is leaving him increasingly disabled.

James Coburn. Crippling Arthritis. though he did overcome incredible odds to return to acting when his arthritis nearly incapacitated him.

And doctors who can not cure them are often found in Hollywood when their money has all been spent.now where can they go to receive needed care?
