does the difference between say being born may 20 to may 21st change a person so dramatically that instead of a taurus he's incidentally born a gemini?

to be really honest,... 1 min makes a little difference in people,,, this astrology thing is really deep, the stars and moon characterizes you up to the min you were born......
look at it like a rainbow,.....each color represents a month and the blend (switch) of colors represents the switch of zodiac signs.. you can have similiar traits as both signs but you have to be one or the other.
i was born july 21 and cancer switches to leo on the 22 so i have a litte of leo in me which is good because it lightens up my sensitivity to emotions,.. so in my case its good for me..... look into both signs on you and characterize yourself with the different traits in both... you will see that its not to bad,.....

Not really it shouldn't. It just means you're on the cusp. The only difference is on the 21st you'd have more baring in Gemini traits. On the 20th it'd lean more towards the taurus ones.
There are certain atributes that go along with certain signs.

of course, one day would have to make a difference, it would have to change at some point, and the day before it was a different sign....otherwise, we would be all born under the same sign.

well a lot depends on the rest of the planets in your chart... so will you be radically different than the person one day later? Probably not. Will there be differences? Sure... different rising times, different moon position, etc... so the overall picture will be different.
