Do you think peace talks with any bigoted would ever produce results? I think it's fair to say that the terrorists in the middle-east are a bigoted group. I don't see how any amount of talking to them will change eliminate their bigotry.

We are not at war with the KKK or the Aryan brotherhood. Most members of the KKK and Aryan brotherhood are criminals. Eventually they are arrested and brought to justice. That's why most of them are in prisons. Maybe we should start having trials for all the suspected terrorists that are already in prison.

One can not rationalize with the irrational.
Everyone on this earth - to some extent and in some way - is bigoted. I think that drawing the line is the best way, and backing up the threats is the next best.
But in dealing with terrorists, wouldn't it work better if we went to a country that ACTUALLY had something to do with terrorism? Iraq had nothing other than a tyrrant running it. There are many other countries that harbor terrorists, and even protect them. Why aren't we going after those countries? OIL is why.

Of course! The KKK and Aryan Brotherhood don't hate ppl, they just hate their policies! We need to look at the root causes! Everytime you arrest a skinhead you just create more! We should meet their demands so they'll stop being violent. Are you saying that the NAACP is wrong because it fails to dialogue with the KKK and that the supporters of illegal Mexican immigration are in the wrong because they aren't making peace with the skinheads?
It's the same logic the Democrats are using regarding the US and Israel not talking to Iran and Syria, isn't it?

"Peace talk" in this case more than likely involves a heavy amount of lecturing, threatening, negotiating, and feeling out of ones enemies....
Things actually can be accomplished via "peace talks". That is why they exist.
I don't think you understand at all what you're talking about and would just rather not make any effort to avoid additional bloodshed.
