sure, there isn't something incorrect for someone to speak to self in a constrained way. It opens up the want to speak and to hearken to ones very own voice brings alleviation particularly once you're annoying. nicely, others would improve a feeling of reaction to such outward comments particularly to self and consequently specific discretion - low tone and murmur is important.

Oh, all types of things. Mostly I try to reason with myself ;o) But sometimes, the little voices are talking too loudly over my voice and it doesn't work!! lol

Am I crazy? I tell myself I'm not. Then we argue that I am. We always end up not speaking to each other. The straight jacket helps. It's called "hug therapy"

me too...i talk about if i did something worng and if i should apoligize. I talk about how much i hate someone. I talk about things i wish were better and also fantasies.

lots of things really.. mostly about myself.... because i like to hear what i have to say about me..
i actually added myself to my own IM contacts list last night.... didn't know you could do that..
and it was the most intellectual conversation that i have had in a long time.
you know you are all going to go do it.. and try it now.. don't lie....LOL
