I think it would be legal because the two are not blood related. But how would the families feel about it? Would something like that cause problems? I would think it would. People probably wouldnt be comfortable with the idea.

No that's not unlawful and no reason it would probable be, and this happens each of the time. No huge deal. There are nonetheless some regulations on the books i have self assurance with regards to close relations individuals perhaps marrying. yet cutting-edge study has shown that there aren't any more the genetic problems with this that they initially idea. People seem to be doing that. A couple here in our town married each other and they were step brothers and sister and they have 13 kids now so I guess it can work.

Yes, because they are only related legally and not blood relatives. They have different parents so they are not a blood brother or sister. Good question!

I don't see why not if a step-mother is allowed to marry her step-son after the father passes. Don't laugh, it happened in my family.

I would think so considering they do not share a common bloodline. It might be a state by state thing, but medically, there should not be any reason to not marry.

There is no legal reason why they could not...although some people will still wrinkle their nose at the idea.

I would say it would be alright legally, probably not morally or ethically. After all you are not blood siblings
