I had sex with a girl on 3/3/07, she had sex with a guy 1 week before and 1 day after. She's now 5-7 weeks pregnant. Could it be mine?

It could be any of yours but you will have to take a paternity test to be sure who the father is. There is no possible way to tell unless say for example, one person was African-American and she was not and neither were the other two guys, and the child came out looking like it was African-American. However, the chances of a situation like that are pretty rare and that doesn't mean that there isn't a 4th guy involved somewhere. Just take the test when the child is born just to make sure that you handle your responsibilities correctly.

Do you know the first day of her last menstrual period? If you know that, you can calculate the day she probably conceived.
If not, well, the fact that she had sex with you one day and another guy the next day makes it impossible to know for sure. The egg is released on ovulation, but it takes a few days to travel down the fallopian tubes. So, any sperm entering her system while that egg is released and making its way down the tubes towards the uterus could potentially fertilize the egg. So, that is why they tell women who are trying to get pregnant to have sex a day before ovulation and a day after.
You will probably need a DNA test.

Each of the men, including yourself, could be the father of the child. Sperm on average lives about 3 days inside a woman, but can survive up to a week in optimal conditions. So it sounds like all the sperm from all the men could be viable, assuming she has given you correct information. Two weeks can make a lot of difference in the conception time-table. Hope everything works out for the child.

The only way to know is to take a paternity test. There is absolutely no way to know how the father is without a test, since she was with 2 guys in two days. Pregnancy has a margin of error far bigger than 2 days.

Sure could be. Only way to be sure who the dad is would be a paternity test after the baby's born. It could be either of you guys' baby. Why the heck was she having sex with 2 different guys?

It would depend on her last period. her cycle starts the first day of her period and around day 14 she is ovulating(3-4 days). It is actually about day 12-16 that she may be ovluating. You need more information to figure this out.
My advice------stop having sex if you do not want to be a father!! She needs to too. Instant gratification is not all it is cracked up to be!!

well, concidering you said "5-7" that leaves a 2 week gap of concieving anywhere in there. You need to find out the irst day of her last period. Count 14 days from then. So, if she started her period on 2/15 day 2/15 would be day one. Go to day 14 and that's when she was ovulating and would have concieved.

If you had sex with her within 24 hours of her having sex with someone else... there's no way to tell if it's yours or his. You'll have to do a DNA to be sure once the baby is born (unless you can tell by the baby's features immediately).

It sure could be yours... with that short of a time frame anything is possible. They only way to be for sure is to have a DNA test run AFTER the baby is born. For your sake I hope you did not catch anything.

you could be, unfortunately, there is no real for sure way of knowing other than a dna test, because she slept with all of you so close together..
They check the due date by the last period usually.. so until its born you wont be sure without blood/dna tests.
