It's not you. Mostly people are just answering and asking in their own circle of contacts it seems. Some will wander outside their circle occasionally, but not very often anymore. Good luck though.

No one hates you . it's just that they don't know an answer to your question or it's just something that not many people are interested in
why is it that some of the most STUPID questions
get lots of answers & the good ones don't get that many ?

Your Qs are all in different categories. Some people look for familiar names or avatars. Stick to 1 category for awhile, and people will start to recognize you.
