I know it seems counter-intuitive, but the reason is Global Warming.
Raising the average temperature of the Earth doesn't just cause things to rise a few degrees all over, it completely screws with global weather patterns. Wind and water currents are being slowed down or sped up and the percipitation cycle is going haywire.

It has been an odd spring. I started a garden and then have had snow twice. It snowed today, but nothing stayed on the ground. Next week looks a lot more like spring. I can get back to gardening again.

As much as I want to jump on the global warming bandwagon, in 1992 I lived on the east coast and it snowed in MAY! That was when I decided to move to California.

there is supposed to be a lot of snow where I live but there is barely any. Its all the global warming and it is effecting where I live since we are so used to the snow and cold. I want it to stay cold where I live, its how I grew up
