I've seen tabletop fountains with fog, im assuming dry ice. I'm making a fountain and I wanted the bottom of it to have a mist or a fog around it to resemble clouds. How do I do that, just dump some dry ice in it?

Most fountains will have a special liquid you can put inside to create the fog. Yes, dry ice will work, but for a limited time.

Cheers.

I have a tabletop fountain that makes fog and it is done by running water through an atomizer that turns it into a VERY fine mist. Also the small amount of heat from the light bulb helps out a little. No dry ice involved.

That would give you the effect you are looking for, just don't drop too much in at a time unless you really want it foggy.
