Yes they do still wear skirts in Scotland. Can anyone guess what they wear under them?

First of all, it's a kilt, not a skirt. Secondly, only during special occasions. I have a Scottish friend who's worn one to weddings and large Scottish family getogethers, but he's never just worn it when we go bowling or anything.

Yes, maam. It is the traditional outfit for Scottish men - comes from the Clans they belong to (clans are like groups that form Scotland).
Take a trip to Scotland sometime, you'll thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere, the people, the scenery, the Scottish, in one word ( it'll help you see that England is the truly only the 'younger' brother in the British Isles - in spite of their pumped-up beliefs!)

They are not skirts, they are kilts and yes they are still worn, I live in St. Louis, MO and I have been known to wear a kilt on occasion.

They only tend to wear KILTS on special occasions.
PS: They also wear them in Cornwall, Ireland, Wales, and the North East
