I never took college algebra.
Algebra is a subect taught in Freshman year of High School.

I didn't -- I started college with Calc II

My wife (at 45) took it at a community college and passed the first time, but didn't "get it". Her teacher even admitted that it took her 4 semesters of *teaching* it before the concepts really 'clicked' in her mind.

i don't have to take a math class in college b/c i tested out of calc. in any case, i took algebra when i was 13.
