Your question seems like it's missing half the information. I'd guess you mean you are trying to access a website. But i suppose you could be typing someone's address in a form and it's not working. You should be more specific like "I'm trying to access a website but when I type the address just as it was given me it doesn't work" you may also want to give the address so others could try the address to make sure it is valid. As a desktop support tech I have received several requests like this and it turns out the address was not given correctly. It could als o be a website that can only be accessed by employees of the company.

What's the websitre? I'll try it and see if I can access it.

Trying doing it in smaller segments. Say the address is "gotothisaddress.com/firstsection/secondsection/thirdsection.asp?=123456789"
Try going just to "gotothisaddress". If you can get there. then add the "first section" etc., and walk your way to the page (or look for a link on the first page that takes you where you want to be).
