Binky is an extremely rare boys name (from Bancroft) - it is also a baby pacifier (dummy) - it probably means a big baby

I have never heard the expression 'binky boy'. 'Limey' is however American slang for us Brits, dating from the time when sailors on sailing ships were given a ration of limes, or lime juice, for the vitamin C contained. This was to prevent the sickness scurvy which had been prevalent amongst sailors on long trips due to their poor diet.
