I would only tell people if I felt I needed a second opinion - not to spite you or ridicule you, and only ONLY if your secret was in the "this needs an intervention"-category. Friends are not friends if the talk about you behind your back and I don't suppose you would tell a complete stranger your biggest secret - if you did you sort of had it coming..

Nope! You have to decide that for yourself...how would it make you feel if someone broadcast YOUR deepest secret? How would you feel if telling my deepest secret got me killed?
