Maybe try eating later, or early.
Also try smaller portion sizes, and not drinking too much with your meal.
Also keep an eye on what your eating and see if there is a common ingredient that could be making you sick.
If you are still having problems I would suggest speaking with your OB.
Good Luck.

The same thing happened to me when I was pregnant with my daughter. What worked for me what eating smaller amounts of food. Like 6 small meals a day. That way I wasn't getting to much at once. Good luck and congrats!

I got so sick with each one of mine, too. All day long. All nine months. It's not unusual for it to get worse, or switch from morning to evening. My doctor recommended taking extra Vitamin B6 and ginger, which didn't help me, but it may help you. The ONE thing that did help me was taking Unisom. It knocked me out for 12 hours, but it really did work. You can get prescription meds from your doctor, but I found that they made me even more tired than the Unisom, and didn't work as well. Whatever you do take, make sure you OK it with your doctor first. Good luck!

The main cause of morning sickness is a combination of issues related to the chemical changes your body is going through. Mix a pinch of nutmeg powder with a table spoon of gooseberry juice, and take it thrice a day. Sip little by little ginger juice mixed with honey before you get out of bed. The same thing happens to me til this day... Im 35 weeks and I realize that this happens only when I eat too much in one sitting or drink too much liquid with my meal. There's not really anything that help me get through it, but belching and sitting up unitl it subsides.

I have the same problem. My OB put me on Nexium. Plus as the other women said, try smaller more frequent meals instead of 3 meals a day.
