i smile from my heart every morning when i wake up in the arms of my husband, who recently had a battle with cancer, and everytime i see our beatiful twin sons!

Last mother's day... my car was stolen that morning... my day was so bad.. my son went to my mom's house and came back with a card for me.. from her... inside it said how proud she was of me, that she knows raising a boy alone is hard for me and that I am doing a great job, and for me not to worry about what other people think of me as a mom because my son loves me more than anything... it just made my day okay...and made me smile (my mom is NOT a mushy person!)

Just this morning as I was standing on my front porch watching the sun shine through the clouds and listening to the large variety of birds singing in my yard. I thanked God for the beautiful morning He had given me to enjoy.

On Monday night, eating spaghetti with my nephew and teaching him how to press my nose then I would slurp up the noodle. He thought that was so funny, by the end of the night my face was covered in sauce :) but hearing that belly laugh made my night :)

This morning when I spoke with the one that I love. He makes me smile from the heart. He warms me from inside and we have such a special connection that I feel him even when he is not near. *sigh* :-)
