Buying my house in this community. It's deed restricted and I didn't know before I went to the title close. I'm tired of people who have nothing to do measuring my grass and whining when it's over 1.5 inches tall. I've two drug dealers in the house across the street, and a single mom who leaves her kids home alone for days on end. It's just annoying.
I'm looking to do two things...find a job in another state, and sell this house.
