for centuries . But i live in galesburg illinois where there is mixed races but more blace men. Most of the blackmen here are dating white woman. Which leaves 95 pecent of black woman single . I called my sister in chicago who said that all her husband brothers are dating white woman . I know it has been going on for years but i have seen on television a lot of more black celebrity with white woman. Im not saying its wrong to mix race but white woman did not just pop up. why all of a sudden has there been more i repeat more black men dating white woman.Do they think white woman are better than us i really wish a black man would answer this.

We're living in this whole every race loves every thing these days where there is no seperation between races. We're supposed to be all getting along, you know?
Celebs usually take advantage of what's in because it gives them that attention. Just pay attention to tabloids... They are a real funny resource to trash that you're soon going to hear. It's like the internet and Yahoo Answers. They simply hear some crap, not knowing the original source, and all of a sudden it's going to happen, or its true, whatever.
It's so false it's insane. Celebs are marketing tools anymore. There are so many bad actors/actresses. It's all about looks really, and we simply follow blindly. That's what they want us to do.
Now my brother is white and has a black girlfriend.... That doesn't play well with many people in both of their races. We can walk through the mall and literally you will see girls of both races pointing, and some even point and whisper from afar as if we're going to hear them.

You'd probably get more answers if you put this in Singles & Dating (since it's about dating) or Society & Culture (because it may be a cultural issue), instead of Politics and Gov't because it doesn't pertain to either of those.
You say where you live most black men are dating white women so that "leaves 95 pecent of black woman single". That assumes that black women only date black men, and we know that isn't the case so if 95% of black women in your area are in fact single, it's not solely because the black men aren't dating them...those women have many other options and plenty of them are open to dating non-black men.
As for why it appears more black men are dating white women, perhaps since it's not as much of an issue as it once was (for couples of different racial or ethnic backgrounds to date) that they are more open to dating any women they find appealing, and not only those of the same skin color.

However, I can't challenge your experience based on what you report your sister told you or what you have seen. I doubt the 95% statistic you cited however.
To answer your question, No, black men don't think white women are better. The issue, I believe, boils down to more opportunity to date white women, curiousity and more social acceptance. Or can it be that two people of opposite races have connected on an emotional, spiritual level and have decided to be together?

Because it is more socially acceptable now than before. It was in many people's lifetime that black men were lynched for dating white women.

I think Black women are way sexier than white women but I'm a white man so that may not help much.

I'm really not trying to insult anyone when I say this:
Black women will not put up with too much shi* from their men.
White women who tend to date black men, however, usually have very low self-esteem (obviously not all of them).
Their black boyfriends can do anything they want, and a white woman will let him walk all over her. (again, not all)
