Usually suspensions include being prohibited from going to the games. Also they are sometimes not aloud anywhere team traing facilities. When Shawn Merriman was suspended for 4 games he was basically on his own, meaning he had to train work out and practice all by himself. I assume that it is the same with someone like Pacman except for an entire season. Meaning when he comes back in 08' he will not only have missed the games. But possibly the team practices.

Of course not. Jones was banned from the team's training facility and everything. Plus, he's not getting paid, why would you show up if you're not getting paid. Technically, he's not a member of the team because this year won't count against his contract, meaning if he's got 2 years left, then when (if) the league lets him back for the 2008 season, he'll still have 2 years left, unless the Titans let him go.
Cheers!

No. He can, but usually this means he has to stay off the field and out of the clubhouse. Also, he does not get paid he missed.

no he does not have to, but he may
most likely they won't though, when your suspended you don't really want to go to the stadium, the fans won't like it,
