can somebody please explain what a luteal phase is and also how long my cycle is here is my dates.

period comes 16th every month well has for the past 3 months i bleed for 7 days solid so how do i work out when i'm ovulating????

you have a 30day cycle then so you would be ovulating at the end of the month for april you would have ovulated from march29th through the 3rd of april

for may assuming you stay on the same cycle pattern it would be the 28th of april through the 2nd of may
