If you mean the AOL and Yahoo messagers, there are Mac versions.
If you mean can you browse to the online mailboxes, it doesn't matter what computer you have.
If you mean installing AOL itself, there is a Mac version.

Sure, but Yahoo is not a program. There are different internet browsers that you can use, such as Safari and Firefox. If you want AOL, just go to their website http://www.aol.com

All you need is a browser.
You can get a few different browsers for aMAC.
