As a Jew, I can tell you Pinky, my dear, that we are not allowed to swear on any given Bible for our Bible is called the Torah and it is the most holiest bok that we have.

So therefore it is quit impossible for any given Jew to swear on the Torah but however we are able to swear to tell the truth without using the Torah.

In 13 years of practicing law, the only time I've ever seen someone sworn in on a Bible is on TV. It doesn't happen in the real world.

i dont get it, i know the jews read the the torah which is the old testement
and what about other religions how do they swear on the bible????????

they dont use a bible anymore

you just have to raise your hand and say yes
when they ask you if you swear to tell the truth
