I think cannabis needs to be legalized and not demonized. It's no more harmful than alcohol.
It's the harder drugs that we should teach kids to stay away from, the drugs that will injure the body, mind and soul.
Cannabis is a very small portion of the drug problem. It's hard drugs that are the problem. Kids need to know why they're bad, and as they get older they should know how to seek treatment if they're ever addicted, and what treatment entails, so they know that even if they make the wrong choices in life that they still have a way out.

I think cannabis should be legal. If you tell me that it ruins peoples' lives, the same could be said about cigarettes and alcohol, which are both legal.
I take this stance not because I am a pothead or anything, I just believe that legalizing it would put drug cartels out of business.
Think about it, why pay ten times more for something that could be bought at a smokeshop?
