Looks like a graph of good old 120Vrms (household outlet voltage), which is 169.7Vpeak (120 * √2)

rms voltage = max voltage / sqrt2

From graph max voltage looks to be 170 V

rms voltage=170/sqrt2 = 120.21 Volts
