Because the Democrats are big on "diversity", as long as that doesn't include conservatives. Besides that, there are other Democrat-friendly outlets for their debate, particularly CNN.

I think that everyone in the free world is well aware that Fox news is a buncha slanted, bias crap that Democratic voters don't watch anyway.
