A few people have already provided a list of players who have hit 2 grand slams in a game, so I'll just add a few bits of trivia.

First player to hit two grand slams in one game--Tony Lazzeri, Yankees

Only player to hit a grand slam right handed and one left handed in a game--Bill Mueller, Red Sox

Only pitcher to hit two grand slams in one game--Tony Cloninger, Braves

Only player to hit two grand slams in one inning--Fernando Tatis, Cardinals

Only player to hit 2 grand slams on the same day more than once--Robin Ventura. (He did it in the same game with the White Sox, and a few years later while with the Mets he hit one in each game of a doubleheader.)

Bill Mueller actually hit one from each side of the plate in one game, he is the only player to do this.

I know Bill Mueller did but he's the only player to hit them on consecutive at bats on both sides of the plate.

The above answer is correct. The name on the list that amazes me most is Tony Cloninger who was a pitcher.
