go running every day and do skipping, skipping although might sound pufter to you but is great for fitness, always push your self e.g if you run for 10 minuted one day try and run for 15 minutes the next day and dont forget to drik one hell of alot of water.

Soccer is only used in USA/Japan (Asian countries) but it should be used instead Football as it's the correct term. You have to dedicate yourself more to football, be more fit and be sure you don't suffer from anything.

Just play the game as much as you can. That's the best way to get fit to play the game. Every thing else is worthless. And you get much better at handling the ball.

You could run every day, but not necessarily miles every day. you could also try going to the gym more often. my last suggestion is to do basketball suicides. start at the base line(underneath the hoop). run to the free throw line, bend down and touch the free throw line, then run back to the baseline and touch it. continue all the way down the court, going to the 3-point line, then the half court line, then the other 3-point line, the other free throw line, and finally, the full court.
