to find the midpoint, u have to use the midpoint formula:

M = (x1+x2 /2 , y1+y2/ 2)

it means add both the x values and divide by 2, and add the y values and divide by 2. ull get the coordinates of the midpoint.

first add the X's, 3a+a=4a /2= 2a

now add the y's, 5b+b= 6b /2 = 3b

the midpoint is at (2a, 3b)
