Probably not racism. If you look at homogenic societies such as Iceland, or Japan, they have some of the lowest crime rates, and as far as i know, people on the streets are nice to eachother, i dont know what they could discriminate against. what i also know is that countries like that, are doing better economically, not only socially. and seems to be the case in all countries like that, apart from all the african ones, that just cant be helped

Racism no, prejudice yes.
You could be prejudice to people who are a different sex, age, height... the possibilities are endless. We humans are a living example of the slippery slope argument.

Of a sort, no doubt. India has a fairly consistent race, but they have "casts" lower to upper even though their gov. has tried to stop this. Lowest are considered "untouchable".
