If those are your choices, go to the library. They will contain the Congressional Record, which lists the official records of all Senators and Congressmen/women (voting records, bills sponsored/co-sponsored, etc.).

Neither. The Computer is the best source. Go to Congress.org. Choose which member of congress or Representative your looking for and it will give you their web page. Most times there is a spot where you can click on to go to their own website to look up their individual information and what they have done in the past as well as now. It even tells a brief Biography of them. Your next best choice would be your Public Library.

I would go to the library, get on the internet and go to thomas.loc.gov - all the information you want is there.
