No, I had to ask to go to summer camp for them to figure out that I wanted to go. I loved it!

They didn't "make" me go. They gave me the opportunity to go, which I did about 3 times. I loved one of the camps (went there twice) and hated the other one (it was church camp, and you weren't allowed to wear shorts!!!)

I'm the parent who put the kids in camp. Three hated it, one loved it. They are in their twenties now and talk about their experiences and the fun they had with many laughs.
GO FIGURE!!! God bless you.<><

yes, they made me go to the fresh air fund. It was one of the best things in my life i was with the same family from age 8-16. They alwasy kept me longer and paid for me to go home. They even asked me to live with them forever but i told them i couldn't leave my mom in the bronx.
I will always love the Bowsers.

I hated it. It really interfered with my sitting around doing nothing. I loved that as a child.
