Did you think any idol's Captured the *Latin* feel last night?

IMO--The only ones that looked like they could carry the Latino image was Blake-Who did the song by Mark Anthony very well with his moves, hat and vocals..

NOw Sanjaya if you did not know who he was, you would of thought he was a Latin Singer the ways he sung that song in Spanish, his look he got that one right..

The rest could not pick up on it, they looked manafactured..

Phil screwed that song *Maria* in West Side Story because he did not even pronounce it the way it is sang in the movie..

Madia instead he was sayingf* Ma-ria* which sounded way to Americana!

I like Blake more and more each week. At first I had no favorites, but I think if Blake won, he would be the best one for marketing and would turn out to have the most hit songs afterwards.

I do like Melinda, but I feel like her style is too old fashioned. Blake is better at a sound for today, so I hope he wins. He'd be the best one without a doubt who would be able to stay famous, and you wouldn't just never hear from him again.

Like Rueben...or Fantasia..or even Taylor... where are they???

Firstly my niece and grandmother's name is Maria--no we are not Spanish, we are German....Also I agree-- the only one who got the Latin feel reasonbly right was Blake....Sanjaya may have said Spanish words, but his voice is not resonant or not as developed as the other singers...you could hardly hear him some times because he could hardly make the notes.

I only think blake really captured it....and i think sanjaya is better at signing in spanish then in english!
