I do work out too. For a month now. 2 hours (sometimes 3) a day for 6 days a week. I do about 20-30 min of cardio...and do weight training the rest of the time. But my stomach is awful!!!! I can grab two handfuls of fat...or skin. I got pretty big with the 2nd baby. I gained 70 lbs. I am afraid its a little fat with a lot of loose skin. How can I fix this!!!!! Help me please!!!
Desperate!!!!!

(I eat well too....enough to adjust to my massive gym workouts...I cut carbs and sugar...but not completely, I need some for the gym for energy)

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the only way to get rid of that loose skin is surgery. I am speaking from experience...I had a tummy tuck after my 2nd pregnancy. I had twins the first time around so my belly got really big! There was no working that skin to get it tight again. When you work out your abs you are working muscles, not skin. The surgery was painful, but SO worth it! It got rid of all that loose skin AND some stretch marks. After listening to your workout schedue you deserve it! (I want to go to the gym now!)

I have the same problem, and I know how to fix it, but it's not an option for me. Sounds like you're doing the right thing to drop the fat, but you're not going to get rid of all the excess skin unless you have surgery. That's about all there is to that! Some of the skin will shrink back after a baby, but with a 70lb. weight gain it's very likely you will have some excess that is going nowhere w/out a tummy tuck! Sorry, that's probably not what you wanted to hear. Good luck. I had a c-section 11mos. ago, and have worked hard to loose weight, but my belly is going nowhere! (and I only gained 25lbs) but was 20 overweight to begin with.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Crunches may help...or you may be one of those that may have to consult a plastic surgeon for a tummy tuck

I have the same problem. I dunno how to fix it. Surgery may be my only option.
