I'm in favour of it, and I would not be deterred from hiring anyone just because they had a personal life that didn't conform to a conservative ideal. And quite frankly, its only the vociferous weirdos who would have a problem.

A lawyer can pose nude if she wants to. It is not illegal to appear news on a pay per view broadcast. So she can become a lawyer, but what that will do for her ability to get a major client, it is yet to be seen. Judges may think it impunes the dignity of their court. They may hold it against her. There is really nothing she can do about that. it is not sexual discrimination in as far as she posed nude on her own and they are the ones offended by her posturing. She is technically harassing the legal system. And this has nothing to do with her sex or her sexual orientation but rather her freedom of expression being exercised in a manner the repukes her future coworkers. So of course, it may damage her career but she knew that when she took her clothes off for money. We will just have to wait to see how badly her career is damaged.

She's a law student on the verge of a career dealing with things legal and illegal. Posing nude is definitely not illegal, it violates no law, and should not be used against her in any way. I see this as yet another example of society's prudish sense of false modesty and pseudo-outrage when it comes to simple nudity.

Give her a break already, and be grateful that she'll probably be bringing a breath of fresh air into what is frequently a stodgy profession.

She should have the right to do as she wishes, but the right wing wants to censor people according to its brand of religious hypocrisy. So in some people's view it is immoral to pose nude but moral to kill Iraqis who never did anything wrong. Go figure.
