Great question. You need a couple of neighbors and your family to purchase the home. Then put in in a private sale, you can interview the prospect buyer. This way it will keep the blacks and other minorities out

Excuse me? what are you; some abusive home owner from the 18th century? people are people, working class doesn't mean stupid, or dirty, or any such thing, get over it, and yourself.. And if you were that upper class you would know that politically speaking we don't have 'classes' anymore.
I'm sorry, but you can't, and perhaps it would be good for you to have some decent (as you so clearly are not) people living around you, to inject to common sense, and to help you adjust your appalling attitude.
I think that it is disgusting how you are still holding this out-of date view about people who probably work a far lot harder than you.

When you see people viewing the property stand outside and start talking loudly about how you can't get Sky or NTL in this area and that no take-away shops deliver to this street.

You may also wish to add how the family accros the street recently got pick up by the DSS for benifit fraud and that they where investigating this area heavily at the moment.

Finally, say that you heard that this area is being selected to test run the new no drinking or smoking in your own home policy.

That should leave you will some middle class neighbours who will drop of little Quentin and Emily at the school every morning in an armoured tank.

Move to an isolated farm house in the middle of nowhere where you will have no neighbours to worry about... and stop being such a snob

You can't you snob. What is wrong with working class people.,and who defines the class. At one time it was considered to be working class if your wage or pay rate was hourly, and middle class if you were salaried. This division largely disappeared during WW2.Working class tended to live on council estates whereas middle class were owner occupiers in the leafy suburbs or in rural areas. These divisions have been greatly eroded over the years Countless families of working class origin have bettered themselves and become house owners and are reliable and steadfast members of their community. It,s not the class of the people that matters its their sense of responsibility and wishing to be good members of the society locally. There will always be the odd anti social family about , all you can do is to initially welcome them so they do not start off with a chip on their shoulder as being unwanted newcomers. The chances of getting a decent family next door ,irrespective of class, is pretty good.If they are nice please forget all this class nonsense and welcome them to make them feel at home.

Who do you expect to move in?? Drug dealers?? They have people working for them, so does that make them non-working class people? Sounds like that what you want next door to you?

If you can afford to purchase the property and rent it out to someone you feel deserves then go ahead, go for it. But is sounds like to me, You're not.

You are obviously NOT High Class to have asked a dumb question like this!

Sorry dude!

Any one who works for a living is working class. Don't be a snob..

If it really bothers you buy it yourself

You can't. With that attitude, maybe you should be the one moving. Go someplace where you don't have to be bothered by anyone you don't approve of. (sarcasm intended)
