First a KILT IS a SKIRT by definition! It is a particular type of skirt usually tartan. Men wore skirts before women and the "fashion" is about to come back so get ready. Most women think men look great in skirts. Men just haven't figured that out yet or they would wear them (and they are afraid of what the other guys might think....someone has to go first). In summer I imagine a short skirt would be preferable to shorts any time for a guy if they are man enough to try it.....
