since I dont get lunch time at work should i glore out on the free food

Its cool to always get a fee lunch. Just make sure you are allowed to eat the free food.
I think you should eat mini subs. You feel great eating those. Pizza might put you in a bad mood b/c its ion the middle of the week. Have fun :) enjoy

Why pig out just because it is free.
Your stomach does not know where the food is coming from or who is paying so why over do it.
I know it sounds like I am crashing your fun.
The best bet to do on situations like this especially if there is a variety of items, is to sample a bit of everything.
If you over eat you are going to get bogged down and be counter productive for the rest of the day.
Not a good thing esp if you have to work the rest of the afternoon.
Just enjoy the lunch, thank your bosses and have a good social with your co-workers.
No need to be a gluten.

Pizza is always a favourite but gets cold faster, maybe the will do a bit of both.
