if you are addressing them all at once, you might use brethren,,,,,, fellow earth inhabitants, beloved,,,,,, dear spirits,,,,, family,,,,, etc etc, it would really depend on who you are speaking to, in what context it is,,,,,, and your relationship to them,, is it like a father etc,,, or do you wish to speak to them as one, yet have no personal relationship

oh man, this is a challenge.

if you were going for all of those things at once, i'd go with
"comrade?" it's the only thing that leaps out to me as a common trait among the 3

come to think of it, that's too left-wingist
try "friend" fellow countrymen
i guess the poitn is to try something that's non-gender specific and non-heirarchy specific
