My employer is changing our Sick Leave Policy, including reducing the maximum accrued sick time. Our current maximum accrual is 480 hours (which I've accumulated) and it is being decrease to 120! My employer is revoking 360sick hours that I have earned! Can he do that???

If you don't have a contract and your state labor board does not disagree then yes unfortunately. usually labor boards don't like employers taking away what is earned so contact yours and see what the laws in your state are...if you are having trouble consult an attorney in your agrea.

No you still should keep those hours, after you use these then you can re accumulate your 120 hours but if he wont let you talk three weeks "sick leave"

Yes, your employer can do that. Also, depending upon your state's laws, they can do that to your vacation time as well. There are no federal laws governing vacation time.

Yes he can. The same thing happened to me and I took it to the Labor Board and they said nothing could be done.

He can pretty much do anything he wants. Middle managers are treated like gold here. Sorry I agree a lot of these middle management ******* need to be treated the way they do their employees.

Yes he can. It's their perogative to change their policy, and as long as you are informed of it there is nothing you can do.
