Hey, another Kat, hiya!
Well I am 36 and I wanted to do before I was 30 (and did!) was:
Get a tattoo, grow a baby, get married, get a piercing (or several), go abroad by car, go abroad by plane.
Before I was 25 I wanted to be free, have fun, enjoy myself, dress how I wanted, kiss alot (but no sleeping around), and just enjoy my youth. By the time I was 27 I was married and preg, and was so glad I had good time before I was 25, then was happy to settle down at 27!
Enjoy life and be happy and follow these rules:
Don't judge, just accept people for who they are.
Don't accuse, unless you are 100% sure of all the facts
AND
Don't assume anything of anyone. Take people as they come and don't get bitter. Move on.
Happiness spreads better than resentment and bitterness.
DO EVERYTHING, not just before you are 30, but before you leave this world for good!

I've already done them, so now that I'm 50, I'm thinking of things to do before I'm 60, and they are considerably different! Things I did before I was 30: played in a band, worked good jobs, partied a lot, dated a lot, had my own place, traveled a great deal, and got married.

I've some time yet before I reach that milestone.. umm reach uni (next year).. visit Aussie.. see the Great Wall of china.. I have so many ha x

go to college, visit Las Vegas, volunteer in a nursing home, ride in a limo, learn all the state capitals, play guitar, sing karaoke, eat some sushi, drive a sports car with the top down in the rain, date a few different nice and cute and funny guys, have a snowball fight, make lasagna, spend an insane amount of money on a purse or pair of shoes and spend quaity time with family and friends!

why 30 why not before you die.
get married have kids bring them up and be a great parent and see the world
