For my pugs, it actually was the best thing I could do for them. Buddy fell completely in love with Holly (Buddy is fixed and Holly will be soon), and they are the best of friends.
Add in Abby. Though I think the older dogs just tolerated her at first, they learned to love her too. She's completely different from them. Very intelligent, she gets into things the other two never dreamed of!
Now with my husband deployed, and me not always home, they do a great job keeping each other company. They only fight over chewies, but then who can blame them there???

Who cares? I have 4 pugs sleeping in their chairs all around my PC right now. You can protect your pug puppy until she gets bigger. Your other pug, Panda, will be jealous but my puppy grew up to whip my older pug's bottom end. Everyone needs more pugs!

Is Panda jealous of the other dogs? If not a new pug shouldn't bother her/him.
