Yes-- and this is one of the reasons I have moved in my position on abortion rights. I assure you that there are people who would kill their fetus if they knew it was gay.

It actually doesn't state that. It says, "Presumably the masculinization of the brain shapes some neural circuit that makes women desirable."
It doesn't say they found the neural circuit, just that they assume it's there. It talks about romantic love in voles, this doesn't have to do with a gene. It then goes on to talk about twin studies. I've seen the figure saying that when one identical twin is gay, 52% of the time the other is gay. However, they're identical, if it were genetic, it should be 100%. In fact, it probably has more to do with environment.
It then goes on to talk about a phenomenon in which gay men probably had a few older brothers. It says that antimale antibodies could affect the masculinization of the brain before birth, but "no such antibodies have yet been detected."

You posted this earlier and its still as invalid as it was then. The article is written by a reporter who draws his own conclusions without any scientific research to back it up. This person has no scientific credentials nor research to show where his conclusions are being drawn from. Therefore the article is , in effect a hoax. There is no scientific evidence supporting anything resembling a " gay gene" Its too bad you can't report someone for lying on this site.

Down South, they are working on finding the Stupid Gene. So far they have a bunch of hillbilly-bible-thumpers in quarantine.
Looks promising. Hallelujah.

I read that. It isn't going to change the way people view homosexulaity (at least not right away).
And Gene thought he was straight.
